Created and administered comprehensive training programs for multiple revenue producing cohorts: senior sales leaders, developing sales managers, sellers, and account managers. Multi-year program included intensive curriculum instruction and role-play exercises to cement learning. Highlights for managers included instruction on talent and skill development, and for sellers focused on value proposition leverage and objection handling.

Travelport is a global technology company that powers listings and billions of dollars of transactions for airlines, hotels, and online and offline travel agencies. Aided creation of the Voice of the Brand, including sales and product marketing training, materials development, research content, and paid advertising and video development and production. Developed content for global client events and internal leadership presentations.

Management Training to Drive Upselling
Created targeted management development program for key senior divisional leaders leading to function re-structuring of company's account management operations, increasing efficiency and allowing more focused attention on clients and seller performance. Simultaneously led client interaction skill workshops for account managers newly charged with up-selling responsibilities. Curriculum and instruction focused on probing, qualifying, and negotiating.

Positioning, Research & Events
Conceptualized primary research projects for use as a scalable marketing and sales event platform. Developed programming for and hosted large-scale national client events. Called out by Sales leadership for adding relationship-driving material to the sales team arsenal beyond straight pitch materials. Helped position company through press. Worked closely with CMO and team to position the company after a sale and rebranding.

Focused Training on Improving Sales Meetings
Conducted skills development workshop for sales organization focusing on professional client meeting management. Skills instruction included preparation and agenda setting, value proposition leverage, objection handling, communications best practices (including listening), and qualifying (opportunities and individual buyers). Concurrently trained sales managers on activation techniques for all skills covered in the workshop.

Positioning and Collateral for Difficult Vertical
Pinterest’s sales team was organized by category verticals. The team was having difficulty closing sales in two verticals — Technology and Telecom. Pinterest was not an obvious fit for these buyers. Working with internal research and adapting Pinterest’s overall sales positioning, provided new positioning narrative, value proposition, elevator pitch, and sales presentation materials to aid the social media company in improving sales in each vertical.

Rebrand and Rebuild Marketing & Sales
Helixa is a SaaS consumer research platform that was going through a rebrand after an acquisition. Developed brand positioning to leverage unique value proposition and frame the technically complex product in simple and friendly language. Stepped in to lead the rebranding project, hired an entirely new marketing team, including first lead generation and customer segmentation functions, and trained Sales leadership and staff.
